If you have a question about when your preorder is arriving, please see the listing you purchased first before sending an email. All our listings give you an ETA so you have an approx. time frame of when they arrive to us. Please add additional time to ship to you. 

All sales are final. We do not accept return at this time, however if you receive a wrong item we will exchange it. Any refund issued for any reason will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee that we were charged at the time of your order and can not get back. By ordering from our company you are agreeing to our terms.
